Driven completely batshit crazy by hours of Department of Mental Health documentation, my intern and I were in desperate need of fresh air this afternoon. I dragged him outside to help me search for ripe fruit on the fig tree outside my office. As the two of us were standing under the tree, staring straight up to visually scan for figs, it occurred to me that if anyone were to ask us what we were doing, it might be funny to say that I had lost my contact lens and we were looking for it.

While dusting my Robot Shelf this morning, I accidentally knocked the smallest robot over (I love that one - his head can be exchanged for that of a raccoon, frog or toucan). He tumbled from the shelf and landed in the shallow bowl of water where I keep the rocks I’ve found over the years.
I thought it made a nice image.
